Funneling Your Vision into Success with Sam Mollaei

Funneling Your Vision into Success with Sam Mollaei

September 8, 2020 Posted by Jeremy W. Richter Lawyerpreneur Podcast

For a while after my interview with Sam Mollaei, I was thinking about our conversation (and there was a lot to think about). I was struck with a line from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, when Butch says, “I got vision and the rest of the world wears bifocals.” That’s what it was like talking with Sam. He’s applying proven business principles — like sales funnels, automation, and scalability — that five years from now, other lawyers will still be arguing with themselves that those ideas just wont work in their law practices. Sam’s got vision while so many others are wearing bifocals.

Before you listen to this interview with Sam Mollaei, I want you to intentionally suspend your limiting beliefs. Check your thoughts that the ideas you’re about to hear won’t work for your practice. Listen with an open mind, and ask yourself how you can apply these principles to your own practice.

Check out Episode 24 of Lawyerpreneur with the energetic Sam Mollaei. And make sure to bring a notepad and listen 0.75x so that you don’t miss anything.

I’m also going to link some other articles here because we talk some in the interview about Donald Miller’s Building a StoryBrand, which is a book that I think every client-facing business owner should not only read, but study. That book has made its way into a couple of articles here over the years.
